What is Fu Jow Pai?
(Tiger Claw System)
  What is Hut Pao Tsut?
(Black Leopard System)

Fu Jow Pai derives it movements from that of an attacking tiger utilizing a balance of feet and hand techniques.

Traditionally, training includes exercises and forms that develop coordination and endurance and the building of confidence, that therefore develop the student physically, mentally and spiritually.

The black leopard represents the highest level of art and the most ruthless form of self-defence. It was established in 1970 by Di Sifu Rostron and Si Gung J.R. Dutton and places emphasis on the element of speed.

The Black Leopard stance and paw are two of the most recognisable characteristics of the style. Strikes, rakes and crushes attack the anatomy's soft and structurally weak points.

Ribs are a frequent target. The back of the hand is often used, whilst a variation with two fingers extended (similar to the snake-tongue) can be used to attack the eyes.
